Mark Johnston is the Alan and Sandra Gerry Professor of Marketing and Ethics at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. His research focuses on the topics of sales force effectiveness, salesperson motivation, CEO priorities, employee turnover, and ethical business strategy. He is also noted for his expertise in teaching seminars on a variety of international marketing topics.

Dr. Johnston previously taught at Texas A&M and Louisiana State University. He has published extensively on a variety of marketing topics, and has worked with a number of multinational corporations, including Ford, Bayer Chemical, and Daimler-Benz.

He is co-author of Sales Force Management (11th edition), Contemporary Selling (4th edition), and Marketing Management and Essentials of Marketing Management.
