Jim Johnson is a Professor of International Business at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where he teaches international business, international management, and doing business in emerging markets. His research interests include cross-cultural management, managing international joint ventures, strategic decision-making processes in multinational corporations, and strategic change for companies that are based in emerging economies.

Dr. Johnson has published many journal articles and book chapters in the field of international business and has presented his research at national and international conferences. Dr. Johnson’s international experience includes working in Britain, Spain, Finland, Yugoslavia and Mexico.
