RollinsConnect Launched to Further Strengthen the Crummer Alumni Network
The Alumni-exclusive community, launched this November, allows Crummer alumni to easily find classmates, register for events, and connect with fellow alumni.
A one-stop location to connect the more than 7,000 members of the Crummer Alumni Association across the globe has officially been launched.
RollinsConnect is an exclusive online community for all Rollins alumni. By joining RollinsConnect, you can find classmates, connect with alumni around the world, and register for events, all in one place.
All members of RollinsConnect will have access to the online directory 24/7, making it easy to find and connect with alumni in a specific industry, within a company, and by location. The RollinsConnect app is also available to download in the Apple App Store (Google play is coming soon).
“We are thrilled to announce the rollout of RollinsConnect,” said Mike Brown, Director of Alumni Relations at the Crummer Graduate School of Business. “A cornerstone of the Crummer experience is the connections you make, and having a specific location to build and foster those relationships with fellow Crummer alumni was the number one priority when launching this platform.”
Crummer Alumni Board President Alex Manrique says after coming out of a very difficult year and a half, community and connections are more important than ever. RollinsConnect is a perfect way to leverage technology to cultivate meaningful connections with alumni across the globe.
“Through this past year and a half we leaned on flexibility, resilience, and especially technology. We want to provide our alumni with the tools and resources necessary to easily connect with each other as well as connecting with the school. This new platform enables our alumni family to stay connected around the globe,” said Manrique.
What to Expect on RollinsConnect
Once you activate your RollinsConnect account, that includes an option to connect your existing LinkedIn account to your profile for easy profile management, you are taken to a homepage with a live feed.
The live feed shows all recent activity happening on RollinsConnect, including showing new members that have joined and posts within the Crummer group.
The Crummer tab takes you to an exclusive group that already has all over 7,000 Crummer alumni invited to join. This tab features everything from recent Crummer news stories, short blurbs, posts and announcements on upcoming events or important information pertaining to the Crummer Alumni Community.
It’s also here where you can share advice, gain insights, access career-related resources, and register for upcoming events.
One of the more intuitive features on RollinsConnect is the Alumni Directory, where a map shows the location of all Rollins alumni. You can search by both name and location, making it easy to find a specific person or connect with fellow alumni in specific cities.
“The Crummer alumni network is dedicated and passionate about helping one another–the RollinsConnect directory search provides alumni with connections to the entire network at their fingertips,” said Brown.
How to join RollinsConnect
If you’re logging in for the first time, go to rollinsconnect.rollins.edu and follow the quick and easy first-time login instructions. If you’re a returning member, visit the site and login in using your username and password.
Use your LinkedIn account to quickly log in. With LinkedIn, it will automatically populate much of the information in your RollinsConnect profile.
